The transition into motherhood is arguably the most significant time in a woman's life, and we are not meant to go through it alone! After years of struggling through and surviving postpartum depression, I have a question branded on my heart: "Everyone wants to hold the baby, but who holds the Mama?"

Unfortunately, the hard truth is that there currently is not enough support for women during the fourth trimester - I am here to change that! Whether it's caring for the baby so mom can get some rest, meal prep for the family, education and easy access to available resources, or just eyes to see, an ear to hear, and a shoulder to cry on, I'm here to lighten the load of all your postpartum needs!
