If you're like me, then you'll agree that there is nothing more therapeutic than a good, home-cooked, healthy meal.

Just kidding - the only thing more therapeutic than a good meal is a good, home-cooked, healthy meal that you didn't have to cook!


We balance A LOT as moms - work, kids, school, friends, cleaning, cooking, remembering ALL of the things...and sometimes we just need a break.


I have some great news for you -

I LOVE TO COOK!

(for other people, mostly...isn't that funny!)


I can come over and cook for you, or I can cook and deliver - whichever works best for you and your family!


So why go this route instead of Doordash or UberEats?

  1. LEFTOVERS, GIRL. I always make enough for you to have leftovers for the rest of the week!

  2. NUTRITION IS MY PRIORITY without sacrificing any of the delicious-ness!


An under-nourished mama is a mama who is literally running on E…and we all know that trying to pour from an empty cup is pointless! Let’s get you set up with some nutritious and tasty meals that can fill you back up so you can give from the OVERFLOW!
